As providers of digital services, we are responsible for our own content on our pages according to § 7 paragraph 1 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) under general laws. The obligations to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, as well as to research circumstances indicating illegal activity, are regulated within the scope of Articles 4 et seq. of the Digital Services Act (DSA). According to the DSA, we are not obliged to constantly monitor third-party information or to search for indications of illegal activities without specific evidence of a legal violation.
